Integrated Wellbeing Online is an offering of services that utilises the core Collaborative Therapy and Optimal Health Program paradigms and practices in every session of engagement.
Integrated Wellbeing Services are aimed at promoting connectedness. Connectedness is something we all seek within ourselves and seek to build with others. The essence of that is self self-concordance or self-cohesion; in other words, living life in alignment with our values, it's about doing what gives us enjoyment, what's important to us and building a state of wellbeing.
We hope that this offering helps you adopt an integrative approach to wellbeing by investing in you and maintaining your optimal wellbeing while creating communities of wellbeing around you.
At the heart of our service and practice is the Optimal Health Program (OHP). An evidence based approach to Collaborative Therapy. OHP is designed to explore the origin of wellbeing within every person and support the person to exercise the necessary skills to maintain hope and self-agency in the face of life's challenges.
As a participant of the program you will receive an OHP Workbook to record your wellbeing journey, which can also act as a self coaching resource going forward.
OHP is available both in small groups, as well as one to one. It can be facilitated in person or online. In addition to the sessions exploring each module of the program you're invited to participate in between session one to one wellbeing coaching. The between session wellbeing coaching addresses immediate needs that arise from working through the modules.
We also recommend OHP as an effective alternative to traditional EAP services where the focus is on prevention not solely postvention.
